Leadership Consulting that tells you the cost before you sign anything
Most consulting firms hide pricing behind a discovery call. We publish what shapes your investment, what each phase delivers, and how long it takes. You decide with full information, not a sales pitch.
What actually drives the price
We do not sell packages. Every engagement is scoped to your team size, the depth of assessment you need, and the duration of active coaching. Here are the four factors that determine your investment.
Team scope
A solo founder working on executive presence costs less than a 12-person senior leadership team going through a full alignment process. We charge per participant for assessment and per cohort for group sessions. A typical 6-person cohort runs between $1,800 and $3,200 per person over 10 weeks.
Assessment depth
Some clients need a lightweight 360 review. Others want psychometric profiling, stakeholder interviews, and a written leadership audit. The lightweight path starts around $900 per leader. The full diagnostic runs closer to $2,400 and includes a 15-page report with specific development targets.
Coaching duration
Short bursts of coaching over 6 weeks suit leaders preparing for a specific transition. Longer arcs of 16 to 20 weeks are better for embedded behavioural change. Weekly one-on-one sessions are billed at $275 per hour; bi-weekly sessions at the same rate but with asynchronous check-ins between calls at no extra charge.
On-site or remote
Remote delivery keeps costs lower. When we travel to your office in Quebec City, Montreal, or elsewhere in the province, we add a flat travel day rate of $450 rather than billing mileage and hotels separately. Clients outside Quebec should budget for two travel days per on-site visit.
"They gave us a detailed cost breakdown on the second email. No other firm did that. We signed because we understood exactly what we were paying for."— Director of operations, logistics company, Lévis
"The 360 report was brutally honest and incredibly useful. My VP team referenced it for months after the engagement ended."— CEO, SaaS startup, Montreal
"Fourteen weeks felt long at the start. By week eight, our meeting culture had already shifted. The remaining sessions cemented the habits."— VP People, manufacturing firm, Drummondville
"We appreciated the flat travel rate. No surprise invoices, no awkward conversations about hotel receipts."— CFO, non-profit, Gatineau
The four-phase framework we use
| Phase | What happens | Duration | Your role |
|---|---|---|---|
| Diagnose | Stakeholder interviews, psychometric assessments, 360 feedback collection. We map leadership strengths, blind spots, and team dynamics. | 2–3 weeks | Provide access to direct reports and key stakeholders. Block 90 minutes per leader for assessment sessions. |
| Design | We build a custom development plan for each leader and a collective alignment roadmap for the team. You review and adjust priorities before coaching begins. | 1 week | One 60-minute review meeting with your sponsor or HR lead. |
| Develop | Weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions, skill labs on communication, conflict resolution, delegation, and strategic thinking. Group sessions every three weeks. | 8–16 weeks | Leaders commit to 60 minutes per session plus 20 minutes of prep. Group sessions run 90 minutes. |
| Sustain | Post-engagement check-ins at 30 and 90 days. We measure behavioural change against the original diagnostic baseline and deliver a closing report. | 3 months (light touch) | Two 45-minute calls per leader. No additional cost. |
Why we stopped selling packages
Three years ago we offered bronze, silver, and gold tiers. Clients picked the middle one almost every time, regardless of fit. The bronze buyers felt shortchanged. The gold buyers paid for modules they never used.
So we scrapped the tiers. Now every engagement is priced from the ground up based on what you actually need. It takes us a little longer to scope, but nobody overpays and nobody gets a watered-down version of the work.
The result: shorter sales cycles, higher satisfaction scores, and a re-engagement rate that speaks for itself.
Is your team ready for this work?
Leadership consulting works best when certain conditions are in place. If most of these apply to your situation, we can probably help. If only one or two resonate, a shorter diagnostic engagement might be a better starting point.
Your senior team has at least 4 people who will participate consistently over 10 or more weeks.
You have a specific leadership challenge: a merger, rapid growth, succession planning, or persistent team friction.
The CEO or executive sponsor is willing to participate in at least the diagnostic phase, not just delegate it downward.
You can allocate budget in the $15,000 to $35,000 range for a meaningful engagement, or $5,000 to $8,000 for a diagnostic-only scope.
Your organization values candid feedback. Our assessments surface uncomfortable truths, and they only help if leadership is willing to act on them.
You want measurable change, not a motivational event. We track behavioural indicators before, during, and after the engagement.
